Outstanding 4-Her of the Year form due Friday 1-8-10

The Outstanding 4-Her of the Year form allows you to fill out everything you did in 2009 and determines who will receive the Outstanding 4-Her of the Year Award at our annual Achievement Banquet in February.  Winners for each age division will receive a plaque and a $100 4-H Scholarship to be used during 2010.  The form is due January 8th and is available online:

4-H Project Record Books and Cumulative Records due 1-29-10

Project record books highlight what a 4-Her has learned and done in a specific project for a period of 12 months.  The books, due January 29th, are judged in different categories based on ages and interests.  For complete details, please see 4-6 of the Awards Handbook:

Enrollment Forms and Medical Release Forms due NOW for 2010

These forms are due in the office January 1st, so if you have not sent us yours, please do so ASAP! The forms are available online.   You can complete these forms online and return them via email to, but the medical release form must be notarized.  You can have them notarized in our office by Dawn Coleman, Administrative Secretary, at no charge.
