“100 Years! Wow.  What an acheivement.  And, what a birthday!  Few organizations or companies ever reach their centennial year.  In 2009 the North Carolina 4-H Program will celebrate 100 years. ”
-Marshall Stewart, Associate Director, Department Head and State Program Leader
Department of 4-H Youth Development and Family & Consumer Sciences

In order to help promote the state-wide celebration, we are forming a planning committee of Brunswick County 4-H youth, volunteers, and leaders to plan our own Centennial Celebration.  Members of this committee will meet periodically to plan the year-long celebration.  Please call the office, 910-253-2610, or send an email to leslie_wilson@ncsu.edu for more information for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to promote 4-H in Brunswick County.
