You may know it as the place to get soil boxes, speak to a Master Gardener or enroll your children in 4-H, but Cooperative Extension is so much more. A partnership between N.C. State University, N.C. A&T State University and Brunswick County, Cooperative Extension is your local link to resources and information in agriculture, horticulture, foods and nutrition, parenting and an array of youth programs through 4-H. Programs are based on needs identified by advisory groups and input from local citizens.
